Step:1: Open VLC media player and clikc on file,Now Open Network Or you can use CTRL+N Keys to Open Network URL Dialog box.As Show In image Below

Now Go to Step:2

Step2:Open You Tube,Naviagte to whatever Viode you Want to Play In VLC, Just Copy the URL of video ans paste in Dialogue Box, and Clikc on Play

C:\Program FIles\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\Playlist.
